September 24, 1997 - First Church Incorporator’s Meeting.
October 8, 1997 - Church Governing Body established.
October 8, 1997 - Articles of Incorporation signed by governing body and notarized.
January 11, 1998 - First Worship Service as a congregation. Worship was held in The Head Start Cafeteria at 618 Weston Street.
February 16, 1998 - Articles of Incorporation filed and recorded by the State of Louisiana. VPWC officially recognized as incorporated by the State.
June 12, 1998 - Purchased Church located at 1001 Lewisville Road.
July 7, 1998 - First Worship & Dedication Service held in the church on Lewisville road.
May 24, 2001- Purchased 40 acres of land on Taylor Road.
December 2003 - Mortgage Burning for the Lewisville facility & 40 acres of land.
November13, 2005 - Ground Breaking Ceremony for new facility.
October 15, 2006 - First Worship service in the new facility on Taylor Road.
November 5, 2006 - Ribbon Cutting & Dedication Worship Service at the New Facility.
January 3, 2010—Installation of first Deacons.
